With over 7 years in the property management field, Bret works with each owner individually to obtain results they are looking to achieve, long and short term, with cohesive accuracy and timeliness.

Bret has his Nevada Real Estate License, Property Manager License and is a board member for the Southern Nevada Multi-Family Housing Association. His commitment to help improve our industry is constantly being recognized by owners, vendors and his peers.

\\ Julia Furrule – Vice President of Asset Operations \\
Julia brings an astounding 22 years of property management experience to Advanced Management Group. As a Regional Manager she was able to exceed expectations in all areas pertaining to property appeal, maintenance and income performance. Her vast knowledge in property management and overall proficiency helps owners accomplish the financial results they are striving to achieve with relative ease. Julia has property management experience with conventional, hotel and weekly assets.

Julia has her Nevada Real Estate License and Property Manager Permit. She was also a Southern Nevada Multi-Family Housing Association Board Member in 2003 through 2004, helping position Nevada's apartment industry boom in the following years.

As the controller for Advanced Management Group, Jeff is responsible for the administration, accounting system coordination, reporting, recordkeeping, and all other financial duties. As a CPA, Jeff’s impressive financial track record includes a wide range of experience maintaining multiple clients, including private, public, and non-profit corporations.
